L\u2019art floral japonais d\u00e9veloppe une esth\u00e9tique fond\u00e9e sur le vide et la r\u00e9union d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments naturels et culturels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est un art de la composition qui donne une importance particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la ligne, mais il est surtout l\u2019occasion d\u2019observer les caract\u00e9ristiques des plantes pour \u00e9tablir des liens entre nature int\u00e9rieure et nature ext\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fond\u00e9e par Sofu Teshigahara, l\u2019\u00e9cole d\u2019Ikebana Sogetsu est une \u00e9cole moderne qui, tout en conservant les principes de l\u2019arrangement traditionnel de l\u2019ikebana, les revisite avec un c\u0153ur libre.
Parmi les 50 r\u00e8gles \u00e9tablies par son fondateur, deux d\u2019entre elles r\u00e9sonnent avec le projet d\u2019exposition de Martin Beck :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- \u00ab Un arrangement juste ne doit pas \u00eatre dissoci\u00e9 de son \u00e9poque, ni de la vie \u00bb (r\u00e8gle 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- \u00ab Il faut r\u00e9aliser un ikebana comme s\u2019il naissait de son environnement \u00bb (r\u00e8gle 39).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La dimension temporelle y est centrale. Il existe ainsi un lien entre l\u2019ikebana et le lieu qui l\u2019accueille.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
