Over time, these contributions become memories that enrich these areas and shape their identities. The encounter between different cultures and their blending is sometimes viewed with suspicion or even fear. Yet this phenomenon has always existed. Cultural diversity is very much present in the Grand Est region, where many people arrived in Lorraine to work in the mines and factories. The arrival of cultures from other regions and countries has not erased what already existed. La rencontre entre diff\u00e9rentes cultures et leur m\u00e9lange est parfois envisag\u00e9 avec m\u00e9fiance voire crainte. Pourtant ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne a toujours exist\u00e9. La mixit\u00e9 culturelle est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sente dans la r\u00e9gion Grand Est, lorsque de nombreuses personnes sont arriv\u00e9es en Lorraine pour travailler dans les mines et les usines. L\u2019arriv\u00e9e de cultures d\u2019autres r\u00e9gions et d\u2019autres pays n\u2019a pas effac\u00e9 ce qui existait. \u00c0 une \u00e9chelle plus vaste, les \u00e9changes internationaux participent \u00e0 l\u2019uniformisation des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences et des go\u00fbts. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Les artistes nous r\u00e9v\u00e8lent qu\u2019un territoire n\u2019est pas qu\u2019un espace g\u00e9ographique, mais aussi un espace qui permet la rencontre avec l\u2019autre. Marta Caradec d\u00e9tourne la carte pour raconter un pan de l\u2019histoire de la Lorraine.
