The collection is open to performance, dance, and film \u2014 and also to works in the form of protocols to be reactivated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>CURRENT ORIENTATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, with its nearly 1800 works, the collection continues to question the established art historical canon that has overwhelmingly privileged male, white, and Western perspectives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2018, the collection has been exploring questions related to the archive, it has furthered its reflection on performance art, alongside works that question the power mechanisms associated with ownership. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2020, it has also initiated a new format: unlimited editions. Not having a limitation in terms of quantity, unlimited editions encourage alternative modes for the distribution and circulation of artworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WHERE CAN YOU SEE THE COLLECTION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Itinerant by nature, the Frac Lorraine collection travels across ever-changing contexts.
