She was Hilla Rebay International Fellow at the Guggenheim Museums, working in contemporary and modern exhibitions across the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York; the Guggenheim Bilbao Museum, Bilbao; and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Venice (2007\u20132008). She has also worked at the Pinacoteca do Estado, S\u00e3o Paulo (2006), and the Museum of Modern Art, Buenos Aires (2004\u20132005). Additionally, she has undertaken curatorial residencies in Switzerland (2011) and Spain (2009).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She teaches Modern and Contemporary Latin American Art at New York University (Academic Center in Buenos Aires).<br>Malbr\u00e1n received an M.A. in Curatorial Studies from the Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College, New York, where she was a Bruce T. Halle Family Foundation Fellow. She is currently completing a doctorate in Arts and Humanities at Rosario National University, Argentina, and is a PhD Fellow at the National Council of Scientific Research (Conicet).
